Amy Sample Ward lit up the NetSquared blog with a Change the Web launch announcement (our official host)!

Beth Kanter rocked her blog with the Challenge - writing that "we'll see better results through effective collaborations between nonprofit fundraisers and application developers."

John Philip Habaradas truly captured the Challenge with this statement: "Not only does it create new applications and technology but it also increases people’s awareness and participation on relevant social issues."

Tamar Weinberg of Mashable featured Change the Web in Mashable's weekly event roundup !

Holly Ross tweeted the launch with us and Brett Meyer invited NTEN blog readers to "get cracking" and "code for a cause." (We're with you, Brett!)

And Lloyd Budd of WordPress made poetry out of the Challenge, closing with a strong call to arms for WordPress developers: "The grand prize is 50 benjis...But the real prize is spreading a little more love in the world...Let’s show them how we change the web the WordPress way!"

Thank you everyone for spreading the word to your contacts, your networks, and for tweeting with us this week!
