I just shared an important update on the Social Actions Developers Google group. Below is a copy. We'd appreciate your help in identifying a qualified dev firm to implement the changes described in the RFP.
Two years ago, the nonprofit technology sector came together to support an open-source project called A Mashup of 29+ Social Action Platforms – Social Actions (see video below). Through the support of the NetSquared community and related grants and prizes, my team and I were able to attract sufficient funding to give life to a vision I had been promoting for close to a year.
Today, we're excited to announce five action sources have joined the Social Actions API, an open database of opportunities to make a difference. For a full list and profiles of the latest innovators contributing to Social Actions, please see Our Guide to 60+ Action Sources.
