Hi John,

I'm writing to draw your attention to a new Social Actions member. He runs a for-profit operation with a compelling story: used to be in New Orleans until Katrina came, is now in Connecticut and shifting to an online business, gives 10% of every sale (off the top) to post-Katrina projects, and has a fair trade ethic to boot.

He's just posted a blog entry asking for advice as he approaches social media marketing for the first time. If you have a moment to provide quick insights, recommended resources, etc. that would be wonderful. Or even just a "hang in there, you'll figure it out." :)

Hope you don't mind the request -- let me know if you do! -- and thank you for everything,

Christine
