Hi all,
I am working with
12for12k.org to reach out to bloggers who would like to support various different causes each month.
The 12for12k Challenge is the brainchild of Press Release PR owner
Danny Brown. Inspired by the way that social media has changed so many lives for the better already with various charity promotions, Danny wanted to do something that was both easy to take part in and have the potential to
change as many lives as possible.
So, here's how it works:
*12 charities, 1 chosen every month
*1200 people
*$10 donation per person (or more), per charity, each month for 12 months, a total of just $120 per person over the year
*The goal - $12,000 per charity,
$144,000 raised overall by December 31 2009
Examples of what bloggers have done so far are below:

If you are interested in supporting, please follow these steps:
1 -
Subscribe via
RSS feed.
2 -
Keep up to date on news regarding monthly issues. Some you won't resonate with, some you will. We are looking for bloggers who want to passionately write posts, based on a sense of mission.
3 -
Follow @johnhaydon and @dannybrown on Twitter. We will keep folks up to date on each months cause.
4 - We don't pick bloggers - bloggers choose to post (or not). This is social media, not China. The ideal bloggers are ones who
take the initiative.
5 - You will
publish blog posts on your blog, not on 12for12k.Org
6 - Let us know when you do post something.
Thanks,
John Haydon
